Divvy Homes is building a new path to homeownership for Americans who aren’t yet ready for a traditional mortgage. Divvy owns thousands of homes that its customers live in while they save up enough to buy the home from Divvy.

In the challenging real estate market of 2023, Divvy slowed down its growth and turned its focus to making our internal operations more efficient. As part of that, we built an entirely new internal tool to enable our operations teams to scale the business, resulting in a 2x improvement in operational efficiency. We named that new tool, “Mission Control.”
